About the Course
I’m thrilled to have you here, taking a powerful step toward enhancing your mental wellness. Deep down, you possess everything you need to heal and thrive. However, we all encounter challenges that can obscure our light. The good news? That light is always there, and with the right tools, we can make our way back to our true selves and cultivate more joyful, fulfilling lives. This course offers valuable tools, including the practice of microdosing, to help you reconnect with your true self and cultivate a more vibrant life.
How to approach the Course
With an open mind.
This course is about change for the longterm and change to your mindset is what makes that happen. The way to change your mindset is to allow new ideas in and to softly release anything that doesn't serve you anymore.
Slowly.
Make your way through the work as slowly as you need to, even before bringing microdosing in to your ritual. Slowly, but not stalled. If fear arises, notice it, allow it but don't become paralyzed by it. You grow through what you go through - fear included.
Reframe, repeat, revisit.
- Take what resonates with you, leave the rest. You're here to see things differently, hold on loosely to your preconceived notions and allow new ideas to sink in.
- If you feel you can get more out of an exercise - practice it over and over until you feel some clarity.
- Neuroplasticity - physical changes in the brain - take repetition.
- Use the tools provided to keep accountable - your journal, the calendars, the worksheets
Mindfully.
- We are always in a hurry to get to the end and on to the next phase of our lives but this isn't a job, this is your wellbeing. Be mindful, notice what's coming up for you, notice when things get challenging or beautiful or crazy. Do you best to stay present.
